Are you highly organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? At Gough & Kelly, we’re looking for an experienced Service Coordinator who will play a key role in ensuring exceptional service delivery for our large customer base.

About the Role:

As a Service Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to contact for our customers, ensuring their service needs are met promptly and professionally. From organising engineer schedules to handling fault reports, your role will help us maintain the high standards our customers expect — all while keeping efficiency and satisfaction at the heart of what you do.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer queries and service requests
  • Managing your inbox and responding to emails within service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Answering internal and external calls in a friendly, professional manner
  • Scheduling routine maintenance works with minimal disruption to customers
  • Logging and coordinating fault reports, dispatching engineers where needed
  • Keeping customers informed on service progress and resolutions
  • Processing quoted works and arranging timely engineer visits
  • Managing and optimising engineer schedules and workloads
  • Auditing completed jobs, calculating costs, and preparing invoices
  • Monitoring and managing outstanding works to ensure timely completion

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar coordinator or scheduling role
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan works by location
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proactive mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Computer literacy: proficient in using Microsoft Office, IT systems and software packages
