Monitored alarms – 2 x service visits per annum, all call out and labour charges to intermediate faults on the system, 24/7 telephone support and replacement equipment (only equipment supplied and fitted by Gough & Kelly).

Maintenance and labour

Audible alarms – 1 x service visit per annum, all call out and labour charges to intermediate faults on the system and 24/7 telephone support.

Monitored alarms – 2 x service visits per annum, all call out and labour charges to intermediate faults on the system and 24/7 telephone support.
