We’ve bolstered our team this month with a raft of new recruits and promotions.
Service specialist Andy Dry joins us as service and installations manager, bringing over 30 years’ industry experience to the role, which will involve leading a team of engineers to make sure that contracts continue to be delivered efficiently, effectively, on time and on budget.
Sean Morgan has been appointed as business development manager from previous operations manager and mentoring roles in the security and manned guarding sectors. As well as supporting the existing control room team, his brief is to develop the CCTV monitoring side of the business to help drive our continued growth.
Undergraduate Amy Carmichael has joined us on a twelve-month internship. A student at Leeds Becket University, where she is working towards a degree in Accounts and Finance, Amy will spend a year in the accounts department, working with the existing team to provide support and gain valuable experience in all aspects of financial management.
And former installations engineer Michael Oldfield has been promoted to sales engineer. With 16 years’ experience in a technical role, he will work alongside the sales team in his new role to provide design, pricing and account management support.
Operations director Ian Crawford says: “We’ve recently completed our best year yet, and had a very strong start to the new financial year. Having the right team in place to make sure we continue to win new work and deliver it to the high standards customers expect of us is key, and these new additions to the team – along with Michael’s promotion – put us in a very strong position to achieve the continued growth we are looking for.”
