Are you ready to be part of the action at some of Leeds' biggest events and venues? We are now hiring Safety Stewards to join our friendly and professional stewarding and security team!

This is a fantastic opportunity for outgoing, reliable individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and love working with people. 

As a Safety Steward, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of event-goers by providing top-tier customer service and maintaining a secure atmosphere.

Please note, this is a casual position and shifts are not set or guarenteed.

Responsibilities:

• To be proactive and always seek opportunities to provide extra assistance to our event attendees
• To respond to breaches of venue/event regulations and handle any difficult situations accordingly
• To communicate clearly and accurately with attendees in a professional, friendly, and approachable manner
• To take pride in your appearance and be immaculately presented at all times
• To be self-motivated and comfortable in a diverse range of scenarios
• To use your initiative and act in a calm manner, when necessary, to ensure attendees safety
• The opportunity to work in our hospitality zones

Requirements:

• Outgoing personality with excellent customer service and communication skills
• Flexibility as shifts can often begin early and finish late
• Reliability and punctuality
• Previous stewarding experience would be beneficial
• All successful candidates will be required to attend and participate in all relevant training sessions during their work
