Preventative Maintenance
We offer maintenance of all the systems that we provide. We have two options available Standard and Fully Comprehensive.
Intruder Alarm maintenance includes a 4 hour response service 24 hours a day 7 days a week, all other systems have a next working day response.
All our contracts have the added benefit of priority response to get your system fully functional as quickly as possible
Standard
Our standard maintenance includes either one or two annual maintenance visits to ensure continued functionality of your system all year round.
Reduced call out rates applies to all Standard customers and also all parts are provided at a reduced rate.
Fully Comprehensive
Our fully comprehensive maintenance includes two annual maintenance visits to ensure continued functionality of your system all year round.
With a fully comprehensive maintenance contract you will not be charged for call outs or any replacement parts required keeping your system functional. Charges may be made in the event of system damage, please see our terms and conditions for full details.
