During the relationship they have provided the college with several services, the primary one being a keyholding and alarm response facility. Additionally they have provided security officers as required and support our lone worker procedures.
The college operates from numerous sites across the Leeds area. It is important that when the buildings are locked, should the unexpected happen like an intruder or a fire alarm activation, there is a quick response.
I have always found that the services provided by Gough & Kelly to be quick and efficient. Confirmation of a callout is received via an emailed activation report.
